Because the Service mails a letter on your behalf, the letter — which identifies you as the sender and contains the facts you provide — is delivered to the recipient you designate.

Legal & safety

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Jab, our users, or others. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Service working, remember preferences, understand how the Service is used, and measure advertising. This includes first-party analytics (including session-replay/heatmap tools) and third-party advertising tags. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

5. Advertising & conversion measurement

We advertise online and measure which ads lead to completed orders. For this purpose, we may share a hashed (irreversible) version of your email address and limited conversion data with advertising partners such as Google. Hashing means the partner cannot read your actual email; it is used only to match and measure ad performance. We do not share your case details for advertising.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion as described in Section 8.

7. Data security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

9. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. Certain advertising activity described in Section 5 may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; you may opt out by emailing [email protected] or by enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International users

The Service is operated in the United States and intended for U.S. residents. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
